unexpected charm in the city!
great location quick pizza marble bathroom convenient hotel
The location was convenient. Times square was easily reachable for a quick pizza. central park and moma were close enough for a morning exploration before i continued my journey. the room was clean, and the bathroom was lavishly done in marble. I certainly enjoyed that.
the elevators seemed to take a while sometimes!

the hotel staff, was nice. breakfast choices was good. the hotel is older but its still comfortable it have some quaint features from the past like the pocket doors.

i found the location excellent for accessing key areas. the proximity to times square and bryant park made exploring easy. the provided breakfast included various options and offered good value.
the room felt somewhat small this impacted my comfort during a longer stay i believe larger rooms would better suit guests planning extended visits.

the hotel benefits from being close to times square and bryant park both are easily accessible on foot. nearby subway lines also facilitate travel throughout the city providing access to many sites. several restaurants and shops are located in the immediate vicinity.

staff members were consistently helpful and friendly i especially appreciated the quick assistance i received with a luggage issue. the team addressed my concerns quickly ensuring minimal disruption to my travel plans. their responsiveness contributed positively to my visit.

central location friendly staff spacious room
The location worked well for getting around. i was within walking distance of key attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, really making a difference! our room was clean and quite spacious. I appreciated that.
there was a slight delay at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.

decent stay, some issues
convenient location friendly staff broken ac old elevator
I stayed in a luxe 2 double beds room. the location was really convenient. It was close to times square and other attractions. carol at the breakfast bar was friendly, which i appreciated in the mornings.
The ac did not work well, so the room felt hot most of the time. the elevators were old and slow. It took a while to get up and down. i also noticed stains on some of the furniture.
