The location worked well for getting around. i was within walking distance of key attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, really making a difference! our room was clean and quite spacious. I appreciated that.

there was a slight delay at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.

Staff members were available at the front desk 24/7. They were helpful with directions and recommendations. bellhops assisted with luggage promptly upon arrival and departure. This made the process smooth. i noticed the team seemed dedicated to.

decent stay, some issues

I stayed in a luxe 2 double beds room. the location was really convenient. It was close to times square and other attractions. carol at the breakfast bar was friendly, which i appreciated in the mornings.

The ac did not work well, so the room felt hot most of the time. It took a while to get up and down. i also noticed stains on some of the furniture.
